Dear Editor, At the April 13 Ferndale City Council meeting, council members Galloway, Gumbleton and Baker voted to hire Plante Moran CRESA (PMC) as the project management firm to oversee the construction of the proposed courthouse and remodeling of city hall and police station. Plante Moran CRESA's bid came in $42, 000 higher than the competing firm, CB Richard Ellis. Read more
