I am running for City Council because Ferndale deserves leadership that is engaged with the residents and
that the voice of the residents should always guide that leadership.  Citizens want to know their thoughts
and opinions matter when their elected officials make decisions on their behalf.

Since moving to Ferndale in 2002, I have been actively involved in our community.  From marching in the
Michigan’s Fallen Parade, to organizing the 338th Army Band Concerts in our parks, to volunteering with the
Ferndale Pub Crawl and Ferndale Blues Festival, to serving on the Board of Directors for several non-profit
organizations like Steppin’ Out and the Ferndale Community Foundation.

As Councilman, I will be as dedicated to serving all the citizens of Ferndale, as I have been to the groups
and organizations that help make Ferndale an incredible place to live.

As Councilman, I will make myself available to all residents outside council chambers by holding monthly
"Meet & Greet" sessions that are convienent to your busy schedule.

As Councilman, I will vote on issues based on the feedback that citizens have shared.

Please vote for me so that I can serve you and all of Ferndale.
